About Stonewall Skating Club
Welcome to Stonewall Skating Club! We are a community-focused skating club dedicated to creating a fun, welcoming, and supportive environment for skaters of all ages and abilities.
Whether your skater is stepping onto the ice for the very first time or working toward their next skating goal, our programs are designed to help skaters build confidence, develop their skills, and discover a love for skating.
Our club is managed by a dedicated team of volunteers who make up our Board of Directors. We work with NCCP-certified Skate Canada coaches to deliver programs that help skaters develop their skills, build confidence, and enjoy their time on the ice.
We offer programs for a variety of ages and skill levels, including:
- CanSkate – A fun and welcoming learn-to-skate program for skaters of all ages and abilities.
- Rising STARs – Designed to enhance the CanSkate experience for young skaters interested in pursuing figure skating. Skaters continue to develop their CanSkate skills while building the fundamentals needed to progress into STAR 1.
- STARSkate – A figure skating program for skaters looking to continue developing their skating skills, whether recreationally or competitively.
Our programs are designed to support both recreational and competitive skaters, creating opportunities for everyone to find a place on the ice.

The Stonewall Skating Club is proud to call Stonewall, Manitoba home. Our programs take place at the Veterans Memorial Sports Complex, where our skaters learn, grow, and build lasting connections within our skating community.
